Hey y’all!

As Ryan and I have been going through phase 2 of the Atkins diet, we have found something that has basically become our saving grace: cauliflower rice. The very first time I made it, it was not as good as I had hoped. Cauliflower chopped up has kind of a funky smell, and it did not help cut our cravings for rice. So I started getting crafty, and slowly started adding things that helped make a delicious rice alternative!
